Two years ago, when Wyatt Pharo burst onto the wrestling scene and became Pinelands Regional’s first freshman district champion, he immediately set big goals.
“I wanted to be the first four-time district champ at my school,” said Pharo, soon after winning an 8-2 decision over Southern Regional senior Sam Pari to win the 132-pound title at the NJSIAA District 26 tournament Feb. 22. “Then I got injured last year, and it was a bummer to not have that chance.
