A petition available to sign on the Pinelands Alliance website asks New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherill to enact a three-year moratorium on new data center approvals while the state conducts a comprehensive review of their impacts. As of Tuesday, May 19, the petition had received 7,872 signatures of the 8,500 signatures sought, or 93%.
