A 29-year-old Pennsylvania woman is facing charges of aggravated arson in connection with a structure fire that occurred Feb. 19 in Surf City, as well as charges for eluding police and receiving stolen property after failing to stop for Ship Bottom police on Route 72 West that same day.

Juliette Tournier of Montgomery was charged Feb. 25 with the arson charges, five days after being charged for eluding police and receiving stolen property, according to Bradley D.
