To the Editor:
The Harvey Cedars Land Use Board met March 20 to consider an application to convert the former HCH real estate office to a new restaurant. In honor of its legacy, the developer decided to preserve the beautiful building erected in 1958 and plans to name the restaurant Harvey Cedars House. One of us as a child remembers it being built while living with parents next door. The structure continues to be a presence in our lives now that we spend summers in our own house directly across the street.
