On a recent Thursday evening at the East Bay Italian Grille in Barnegat Township, a group of customers had more than food on their mind. They also got a chance to show some artistic prowess at the Sip ’n Paint event.
As someone with an artistic background, Sandie Levine had coordinated similar events for adult communities and organizations, but thought it would be fun to have one at a restaurant.
