The Feva is back. Whether this year’s Surf City Yacht Club Junior Commodore’s Regatta will have more than four teams among the RS Feva class participating remains a mystery, even if the boat is not.
“It’s been around a few years in the U.S., but it’s been around for many years in Europe,” said Andy Temme, the longtime Junior Commodore race director.
