As summer is winding down and the surf ramps up, I thought about all the events and activities of the season. Those who are fortunate to experience LBI are privileged to enjoy all our island’s slice of paradise has to offer. One of the most meaningful days of each summer for me is the “Waves of Strength” event.
For those of you who are not aware, this is a day that brings the miracle of ocean healing to kids with special needs challenges.
