Artice Norvell, 54, of Monroe Township has been indicted by an Ocean County grand jury on charges of vehicular homicide and knowingly leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident resulting in the death of Domenico Russano, 68, of Little Egg Harbor Township last year.
On Nov. 5, 2025, at approximately 4 a.m., officers from the Little Egg Harbor Police Department responded to the intersection of Center and Oak streets for a report of an injured pedestrian.
