Lucky’s Bed & Biscuit is celebrating 15 years at its pet resort and “s’paw” (spa) at 508 East Bay Ave. in Manahawkin, along with the announcement of a 15-acre expansion.
Pet lovers are invited to the 15th anniversary celebration Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 16 and 17 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for live music, food, rescues, sales, giveaways and fun for all.
