Long Beach Township has adopted its 2026 spending plan after presentation to the residents of the municipality and thorough review by the state. Residents will see varying tax impacts based on their property assessments.
The average assessed home in the township stands at $1,360,519; therefore, a typical homeowner can expect an increase of $19 in municipal taxes, as Commissioner Joseph Lattanzi explained at the most recent board of commissioners meeting.
