Living on the Veg owners Rob and Lauren Ramos have announced an expansion of the vegan restaurant inside the Manahawkin Mart.

Additions include new items on the regular menu, more seating, a full deli case of prepared foods to go (for example, potato salad by the pound, carrot cake by the slice), vegan soft serve, milkshakes, ice cream cookie sandwiches and sundaes with all-natural toppings. And entrances are now on both sides of the building.
