After much discussion and requests for clarification from residents, the Little Egg Harbor Township Committee adopted an ordinance to establish an overlay zoning district within parts of the township in order to satisfy its affordable housing requirements.
The ordinance creates an overlay zoning district for Block 285, Lot 12; Block 278, Lots 10.01, 17, 17.01-17.11; Block 277, Lots 1.01, 2.01, 3, 4, 5, 6, 11.
