Boy, was that some sorta holiday weekend or what? I now have to go all the way back to last year’s July 4th fishing column and erase the part where I wrote, “It can get no bigger than this weekend.”
It did. I’m now pushing over 50 years’ worth of LBI July4th holidays, and none have been bigger than last weekend.
