Following a lengthy meeting last Wednesday, Aug. 13, the Long Beach Township Land Use Board denied two applications from the owners of Hand’s General and Hardware Supply in North Beach Haven to demolish and rebuild the store a block away and construct a new hotel where the store is now located.
