Mark Kolman loved to swim and thoroughly enjoyed teaching others to swim.
“He really believed knowing how to swim was important,” said his wife, Amy, who on July 27 competed in the Barnegat Light Ocean Mile Swim for the first time without him there – he passed away in January after a brief battle with cancer. “He believed learning how to swim was life changing.”
