There’s no secret when it comes to the power and prowess of Pepper Kolman. While the Surf City Beach Patrol female lifeguards are building themselves into formidable opponents against any other patrol’s women, Pepper is still the star.
She led the way for SCBP again in the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol Women’s Invitational Tournament on July 30.
