To the Editor:
I am writing to express my opinion on the proposed plans for the old HCH Realty property.
When we purchased our Harvey Cedars home in 1989, we viewed this not as an investment, but rather a home away from home where our boys (then ages 13, 10 and 7) would enjoy their summers in a peaceful, quiet community. We viewed 82nd Street as our oasis, and it has been exactly that for 36 years. I’m sure our 12 grandchildren will agree with that as well.
