The legendary Joe Pop’s Shore Bar and Restaurant in Ship Bottom is for sale, owners have publicly confirmed, but no offer is yet on the table, and the venue will be open for business through the 2025 summer season.
The property is listed by Island Realty agent Gavin Hodgson for $3.9 million. The building was built in 1950, as per the listing, but the business reportedly dates back to the 1930s.
