This month marks How You Brewin Coffee Co.’s 20th anniversary. The first location, in Barnegat Light, is a traditional coffee bar shop. The second location, in Surf City, which opened three years later, offers more of a coffeehouse experience with outdoor seating and can handle larger crowds.
To celebrate their anniversary, co-founders and owners Dan and Lori Malay are launching a retail merchandise store called HYB Supply Co. one block from the Surf City shop, due to open Memorial Day weekend.
