At a recent Harvey Cedars Borough Commissioners meeting, Police Chief Robert Burnaford announced Patrolman Joseph D’Angelo was named Officer of the Year.

He also presented two special Certificates of Appreciation to borough employees. Ceci Morillo, the zoning officer, was recognized for her accomplishments as the police department’s “social media coordinator,” and public works employee Steve Amadio was thanked for his work upgrading the police department’s new motorcycle.
