The owners of Hand’s General and Hardware Supply, at 1310 Long Beach Blvd. in North Beach Haven near the border of Beach Haven, have submitted two applications to the Long Beach Township Land Use Board for changes to the property. The proposals are on the board agenda for the meeting at 6:30 p.m. this Wednesday, Aug. 13, in the township courtroom.
Hand’s has been a Long Beach Island fixture since 1952, selling home goods, apparel, beach gear, souvenirs, hardware, outdoor furniture and more.
