Simple, fresh and delicious are three words Chris Tamminga used to describe his new business, Fratellos Market and Eatery in Spray Beach. Tamminga opened Fratellos on May 26 with his younger brother, Stefan.
The brothers grew up in Randolph, N.J. but have spent all of their summers on Long Beach Island, working in local restaurants. During those summers the brothers discovered their love for business and food service.
