Work to synchronize traffic lights at the Island’s busiest intersection, formerly the site of the Causeway Circle in Ship Bottom, will not be fully complete until sometime later this year.

“That’s a moving date because they have to work it out with everybody,” Borough Administrator Kathleen Flanagan said earlier this week.
