Things just keep getting weirder and more secretive at Pinelands Regional School District.
The district’s superintendent of schools and business administrator remain on paid suspensions. There are a fistful of ethics complaints and lawsuits flying about. The board spends far more time in executive sessions than in public forums.
It got stranger on Monday night, July 13 at yet another special meeting when Board President August Daleo resigned not only as president, but from the board as well.
“Now I can speak!” Daleo posted on Facebook a few hours after resigning. “And boy I intend on speaking.”
