When August Daleo abruptly resigned as president and member of the Pinelands Regional Board of Education he said on Facebook, “Now I can Speak! And boy I intend on speaking.”
He did so on Tuesday afternoon, July 21, when he sent The SandPaper the following official statement:
“I believe in maintaining transparency and respect for the community. I have proudly served (on the PRSD BOE) for the past 16 years, and it is in that spirit that I share the reasons for my departure.
