The family-owned and operated Buccaneer Motel, built in 1969, hosted guests for decades at its location on a parcel of land jutting out into the bay at 2600 Long Beach Blvd. in Spray Beach. Following the sale of the establishment and the demolition of the structure last year, work began on the new Buccaneer Club, a three-story condominium complex.
Currently, some of the condos – designed and built by Michael Pagnotta – are up for sale, with showings advertised as taking place on weekends.
