In an 8-0 vote last week, the Harvey Cedars Land Use Board denied an application by the owners of Azzurri Italian Cucina to expand their horizons by establishing a restaurant, Harvey Cedars House, at the old site of HCH Realty, which closed its doors last fall at its 8013 Long Beach Blvd. location.
The matter came up before the board last month and the application was carried to March 20, but it was carried over to the next meeting, April 17.
