In Barnegat Light, the county and state will undertake the job of replacing a portion of bulkhead “from Andy’s out to the end of the (Barnegat Lighthouse) State Park,” Borough Mayor Ed Wellington said at the June 10 borough council meeting. “We own the Fourth Street bulkhead from (there) to the south side of Fourth Street. Our section is about 100 feet.
