The June 4 Barnegat Township Committee meeting marked the final appearance for Chief Financial Officer Thomas Lombarski, whose retirement takes effect at the end of the month.
Lombarski, 66, took over the position in September 2015. A former minor league baseball player, he first attended Ocean County College, receiving an associate’s degree, and later earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Thomas Edison State College.
