At its Aug. 24 monthly meeting, the Barnegat Township Board of Education bid adieu to Regina Tarnowski, who recently announced her resignation from the nine-member panel.
Board Secretary Kate Van Tassel said Tarnowski is leaving “due to extensive personal obligations that require her time.” She said the board is currently accepting resumes/applications through Sept. 8 for a replacement to finish her unexpired term.
