Bipartisan legislation sponsored by Sen. Carmen Amato Jr. (R-Ocean) and Sen. Joseph Lagana (D-Bergen) to strengthen education requirements for New Jersey real estate professionals has been signed into law. The bill, A-4947/S-4219, will update the standards these individuals must meet to maintain their licenses and ensure they stay current with changes affecting the industry.
