Legislation sponsored by state Sen. Carmen Amato, Jr. (R-9th) and Sen. Raj Mukherji (D-32nd) to allocate funds from New Jersey’s Infrastructure Bank to finance more than 300 clean water projects has been signed into law. The bipartisan bill, S-4220, was passed by both houses of the state Legislature with unanimous support.
Through this measure, 9th District municipalities are authorized to receive $72,470,000 in funding.
