On Oct. 17, JoyBoys All Star Bagel opened for business at 34 South Main St. (Route 9) in Barnegat Township.
The three partners – Matthew Ernst, Austin Fischbach and Michael Habit – are quite familiar with the business. Ernst’s uncle, James Ernst, cofounded the franchise with Billy Schwart. James Ernst runs the All Star Bagel shop in Jackson Township, where Fischbach and Habit were employed before opening the Barnegat site.
